Limited Product Warranty
10 Year Repair or Replacement
RenCon Energy Products, Inc. warrants the Solectric™ LED Lighting and Solar Products
1 to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. If the Solectric™ Day-Light System
1 fails to meet or exceed at least 90% of their specified performance within a 10 (ten) year period from the date of purchase, RenCon Energy Products will either repair or replace the Solectric™ product at our discretion. The repair or replacement remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this limited Product Warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any transportation costs for return of the Solectric™ Day-Light System
1, or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced solar panels, or cost associated with installation, removal or re-installation of the Solectric™ Day-Light System

All warranty claims must be filled within the applicable Warranty period to be valid.
This Limited Warranty does not apply if, according to RenCon Energy Products absolute judgment, any of the following have occurred:
- Accidental damage, abuse or neglect.
- Alteration or attempted repair by anyone other than RenCon.
- “Acts of God”, including but not limited to; lightning, hail, fire, flood, earthquakes, power failure surges or vandalism.
- Electrical damage due to errors including but not limited to: reversed battery polarity, incorrect battery voltage or applying AC power at any time.
- The serial number or product specification label have been removed or modified in any manner.
If you believe that you have a valid claim under this Limited Warranty, the following must happen for your claim to be accepted:
Write or email RenCon to obtain return authorization.

Carefully package and ship to RenCon at the address given on the return authorization. Product must be registered on our web site or a copy of the original, dated sales receipt must be included to verify the 10 year limit. Any damage that might occur during shipment is the responsibility of the buyer and not RenCon.
If RenCon Energy Products determines that your claim is valid we will ship to you, free of charge within the continental US, your repaired or replaced solar panel or light. If it has been determined that your solar panel or light, is not covered by this warranty, you will be given the option of having the item returned to you at your expense or recycled by RenCon Energy Products at no expense.
1 Solectric™ Day-Light System warranted products includes photovoltaic solar panel and LED light fixtures.
